Debbie Browne is not only fully qualified as an image consultant she has over 20 years experience in the fashion industry, a quality many other image consultants lack and one that places Debbie in high demand.

Debbie commenced her fashion career as a manager and fashion buyer for Myer Melbourne where she assisted Myer to translate and deliver trends from all over the world to Melbourne's fashionable men and women. Later she moved to London where she worked as a manager and fashion buyer for 'Debenhans and Freebody,' a department store which is frequented by the Royal Family.

While in London Debbie married an Australian Diplomat and together they spent several years living and traveling in Europe, Africa and the USA. During this time Debbie had to entertain frequently with the highest level of protocol expected at all times. Excellent manners and appearance were part of her everyday life. Later Debbie and her husband went to the USA and resided in New York City for seven years. Once again style, fashion and appearance played an important part in their lives.

Upon her return to Melbourne Debbie continued her interest in fashion. Her natural ability with style, coupled with her down-to-earth and approachable manner lead many people to ask her for help in creating a look and wardrobe that would work for them. This lead Debbie to complete her fashion education by attending an Image Consulting course. These days Debbie has a created a niche in Up-market Fashion and Image Consulting.

As a member of the Association of Image Consultants International Debbie travels annually to their international conference overseas in order to keep up-to-date and on top of her field.

In all, Debbie loves working with people to help them gain the confidence to reach their full potential.

During these years Debbie and her husband also raised five very successful and happy children, which she claims as her greatest achievement. 'It's something you appreciate more as you see them grow up' she says:
